The Oaths of the Aes Sedai aren't from the AoL, and they weren't added all at once*. Granted, we don't know the history of the Black Ajah, but I'd say it's pretty likely that they were a Third Age invention









*So why are there three Black Oaths, then? Probably because Aes Sedai are incredibly set in their ways. Even if they're reswearing oaths, they're making sure it's the same number as the old.
