The name of everyone in the country? There is nothing in the prophesy that says Rand MUST be the leader, and quite frankly up to date he's been a piss poor leader! Elayne has stipulated that she will ally Andor to the Dragon Reborn, but she never said she will bend knee to him. Egwene will likely do the same. Egwene will have other things to be pissed at him for too ... Sending Mat after her and Elayne, Compelled Sisters (she has no way of knowing Verin did that), eventually she will probably want to smack the shit out of him for letting Taim run amok when he had every indication that Taim was a DF.
