Whether he tells her to or not, there won't be another large battle. Just as Galad realizes that the Whitecloaks fighting each other only hurts the forces of the Light, Rand has realized that any fighting between his forces and the Seanchan also hurt the Light. It fits what the Finns told him and what the prophecies state about the north and east being connected, the west and south, and the two being as one. Plus, Nicola's Foretelling shows that the Seanchan will still be around after the Last Battle.
Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so.

She has no reason to be pissed about being asked to follow Rand - but that won't stop her of course. - 03/10/2010 12:57:48 PM 621 Views
So you would be fine if the leader of your country simply decided one day to follow someone else in - 03/10/2010 04:00:27 PM 594 Views
