They (trollocs) have sex with humans, so it stands to reason that they have "normal" parts that do the same things as normal human parts do. The female trollocs stay in the blight while the strapping young trolloc males go out and protect them from the evil human invaders.

I'm guessing that the trollocs who are reading the trolloc version of The Wheel of Time are wondering whether there are female humans, since the larger population of trollocs only see the male borderlanders fighting.
