The University of Illinois' bookstore had the book out early last year. If you don't mind the commute to Urbana, you can try pre-ordering it from there.

Thanks, but I'm no longer there and I already have a lot of stuff to read right now. I'm just going to wait for whenever my bookdepository order comes through. But hopefully your info helps another RAFOnaut get this book early :D
