perrin told the merc guy who had just said they'd eaten their only horse to ride down the line and find tam :)

maybe brandon's just payin attention to all the perrin haters and makin him dumber by the minute :)


In tGS Rand has a vision of Perrin meeting with Galad. This hasn't happened yet from Perrin's POV (unless it happened in the Prologue, which I didn't read), so his stuff is probably time shifted backward from the main events of tGS. Therefore, it's possible that Tam is still with Perrin and hasn't yet left to meet with Rand.
