Pretty good list. I agree with basically all of those. My list of biggest personal letdowns would be a bit different:
1) Your number 6 would probably be my biggest thing.
2) Moiraine no longer channeling would be a bit of a letdown, but not totally unexpected. Realistically, there's no reason she *must* remain in possession of her ability to channel. Moiraine dying/remaining in Finnland (my suspicion) would be a huge letdown for me.
3) Slayer turns out to be Asmo's killer
4) Verin's sacrifice gets cheapened in any way
5) Perrin by end of book: OMFG I'm not a leader!!!!
6) Gawyn by end of book: *drool* *mouthbreathing* *drool*
