Your list nails it nicely enough. I don't share all your concerns (especially re:Moiraine), but strongly agree with your thoughts on Demandred, the Tower, and Taim. I'd also like to add:
7. Rand having more thoughts about all the women who've died for him.
8. Perrin not realizing that he's freaking out because he's freaking himself out.
9. Gawyn continuing to be a clueless, angry, rumor-believer about Rand.
10. If Cadsuane breaks another person via spanking.
What would be a let down for you?
My thoughts...
1. Moiraine can no longer channel.
2. Demandred is once again not revealed.
3. The Seanchan continue to refuse to fight with the mainland against the Shadow and TG starts in a fragmented way.
4. Aran'gar is not dead.
5. The Tower remains bitchy instead of uniting against the Shadow.
6. Taim retains control of the BT by the end of the book.
