Am I the only one to notice that Alivia wasn't mentioned at all in this book. I find that odd as she is "going to help Rand die"(Min's viewing).
So, where is she? We see most of everyone else who was with the 'Rand' group, but not her.

She hasn't been in the last two books, if I remember correctly. I honestly don't know what her deal will be. Maybe one of the two women (with Nynaeve) to use Callandor with Rand?
