After TGS, I thought that Eggy had "grown up". She begins to speak of cooperation and unity, and I hoped that we would see some of that. It seems that she only means as long as poeple do what she wants.
When Rand informs her about breaking the seals, she immediately sets out on a crusade to stop him. Even after he tells her that he has all of LTT's memories. Wouldn't the "cooperation and unity" ideal at least lead her to ask "why do you think that this is a good idea?"
Instead she relies on her extensive schooling and research into the original seal on the bore and superior knowledge of AOL One Power usage to determine that he must be stopped.
I go the sence that her reaction was simply "unless it is my idea, it must be stopped. I don't care that you know why the seal did not work and now know what must be done to fix it...I am in charge here and you must not do anything that would take away my power!"
