I did a quick check.
The Foxheads chapter is less than 3 days after Elayne's first meeting with Mat since Elayne still has the original foxhead with her. So it's definitely before the Tower reunification.
Wasn't there some confusion about when exactly Verin opens the Gateway to Caemlyn in TGS? If it 30 days before "Veins of Gold", it would mean he spent almost two months there before going off to save Moiraine. He only gave his word to wait 30 days. Why was he still there when Perrin arrived at least a few days after "Veins of Gold"? The gholam was already dead, so that can't be it.
The more I think about it, the more confused I get, I just hope someone will be able to create nice comprehensive timeline soon, though seems like it will be a hard work.
