That puts Lews Therin in the same age range as Graendal. We also know how old Demandred is now. Mesaana is about a century younger, and Moghedien younger still. I have a feeling that Lanfear and Semirhage are also around 400 years old, and perhaps Rahvin too. Be'lal might be older. 
Lanfear appeared to have attended channeling collage with LTT is is probably around his age group. I agree Mesaana is probably younger. We know that she was pissed because she could not become a researcher. This strikes me as something that is decided at a relativly young age ie. The AoL Aes Sedai equivilent of the twenties as opposed to middle age. The collapse went on for at least 100 years if not more and people started to join the shadow even then. I could be wrong but the impression I had was that the wound of her being denied the post was still relativly raw hence she jumped ship, though of course it could have festered for a few decades.
Be'lal - he did have white hair but then some people who are young have white hair.
