More seriously though, Elaida had a Foretelling about the royal line of Andor that she kept secret from everyone else. It's somewhat difficult to imagine why she believes that if she doesn't really have the Talent.

Besides, it adds to the Egwene/Elaida mirror elements. Dreaming is close to Foretelling.
