We know that Rand's dreams are warded, and it seemed somewhat plausible (at least to me) that Moridin told the truth when he said that Rand had initiated their encounter in TGS. Did Lanfear manage to beat Rand's wards, or does Moridin/the Shadow have a way of getting around them? If the latter, why hasn't he used this to better effect until now?
How did the dream in the epilogue come about?

Lanfear could always get into his dreams, but I think he'd feel it. Perhaps she has the True Power.
