I've theorized in the past that T'A'R will play a big role, and that Lews Therins' mistake might very well have been the possibility that he placed the Seal on the Dark Ones' prison in the real world rather than the place where the real world meets all possible realities. I also think that Egwene has been studying this, and while she is much more powerful in the Dreamworld then Perrin is, these two characters will be needed to assist Rand in the world of dreams.
Interesting idea.
Too bad RJ apparently crushed it when he made it clear that you cannot enter the blight in the world of dreams, and as such reaching the bore can only be done from the physical world. Now it has been said that the bore exists "everywhere" and can only be sensed at Shayol Ghul, but presumably that also means that any sealing of the bore must also be done there or LTT would never have attacked the place when he placed the 7 seals.
Unless the new light!Rand has some unique abilities to reach the blight in TAR, or unless his link with Moridin or TP usage or something comes into play, doing a sealing in a TAR version of bore will not be possible.

Blight: you can not enter it from Tel'aran'rhiod because it is apart from NORMAL UNIVERSE and can not be touched. The Blight is not part of the normal universe.
Did RJ say one couldn't got to SG in TAR?
Just because SG is surrounded by the blight doesn't mean it is IN the blight.
