Eyes are, after all, windows into the soul (that's only said partially tongue in cheek). And it's not unheard of for eyes to change in Randland either. Obviously, there's the wolfbrothers, as well as the changes from the TP.
I'm not saying you're wrong, but I don't think it can be considered conclusive evidence that they are not Aiel.
