Hitler told the Jews ahead of time what he had planned for them: why are they so bitter?

I can understand the writing style of BS really turning people off, but we kind of had to expect this of the middle of the "final book", didn't we? I mean, when RJ died, a good portion of tGS was either written or at least well prepared, and since BS has already stated before that the ending has been written by RJ, its safe to assume that AMoL will still have a good portion of RJ left in it. I personally don't hate BS's style; it takes some getting used to, but I don't think its as atrocious as people are making it out to be.
But it suffers in comparison to Jordan's. The dialogue that is a hideous, anachronistic combination of slangy & abrupt, and stilted & jargon and completely out of character for everyone. The stream of consciousness that makes characters supposedly at the apogee of their maturity and intellectual development sound come across childish and stupid compared to the earlier versions. For example, in Sanderson's portrayal of Aviendha, he has her slowly coming around to grasp a new concept of the problems facing the Aiel... that Jordan had her articulate back in book 6! Sanderson's vision of her development and growth is that she is just now arriving at a stage Jordan had her at half the series ago. He plainly has only the loosest understanding of these characters and has barely demonstrated any grasp of the overall themes, especially regarding the lines along which he choose to split the books.I personally rather liked ToM. tGS was much better (my second favorite of the series), but it was still good, considering we do have CoT and WH to look back on. Sure, there were moments when I cringed, but there were moments like that in tGS as well (Rand shaking his fist at the DO, anyone?).
Pointing out flaws in the SAME AUTHOR'S WORK does not disprove the case against that author's writing! You don't defend Sanderson by saying that tGS wasn't perfect. I thought Mat was written well, and while I know certain things are just not gonna be explained, I'm okay with that. Maybe its just me; I've been reading since I was 2, and over the years I've come to accept that things don't always have to be explained. Not saying that those of you who want everything explained are wrong; just saying that is who I am.
You are literally the first person I have seen complaining that ToM did not explain enough or reveal enough mysteries. In general, I think if you were to tell people that you think that the same book which reveals who killed Asmodean did not do enough to clear up mysteries, they would look at you like you grew a second head.Anyway, I guess this thread is really just a rant thread for those who want to voice their ire, their frustration, and their outright hate for ToM. I would like to understand why.
Because it sucks. It falls apart like someone attempting to build a house of cards while drunk and having set up the first level (tGS) by dumb luck, has now had the whole thing come collapsing down by his attempt to place another row atop them. tGS is only acceptable when you don't know what was supposed to be going on. When the greater story intended in aMoL is exposed by the farce of ToM, now you see how badly Sanderson botched the suspense of the Graendal story, screwed up Aviendha's story (does anyone REALLY think St. Rand is going to abandon the Aiel? That should have been kept before Rand's apotheosis on Dragonmount), and unecessarily dragged out Perrin's plotline to make it fill a third of a book.

Yup, Sanderson has no subtly, or at least assumes that his readers have an IQ of 6.

If you don't find it acceptable, fine, but I do. reading is not objective.
