Amyrlin's decree malekithe Send a noteboard - 07/12/2010 09:56:51 PM

I'm not convinced it was even legal - can an Amyrlin's decree contradict established law?

According to the books an Amyrlin's decree IS law.

Though she doesn't always try to enforce it as it can backfire, or her decree won't be carried out.
