Is the White Tower ever going to be respected again.
Apart from the Borderlands, the White Tower and Aes Sedai for the most part are feared.
Rarely do we hear of Aes Sedai going out of the Tower to say heal the sick, or go into a town and preside over court hearings. Most who go to the Tower, (some female channelers included) go grudgingly.

Unfortunately Egwene has had all the big things handed to her on a platter through the series, so I expect the White Tower will be respected again.
Regaining Travelling should be a big part of that. There's no reason not to have Aes Sedai in every major city now. The Yellows at least could rotate all their non-Sitter sisters through spending time in the cities (and Travelling to villages). And if anyone needs any other Aes Sedai service, with a local Aes Sedai building in each major city, people should be able to drop in and either be Travelled to Tar Valon or have Aes Sedai come to them.
Of course it all requires the Aes Sedai to start living what Aes Sedai means again. If they did, it'd take only a generation or two with Travelling and all the new/re-discovered weaves to regain a lot of respect.

I think the WT can survive, respected, but it would have to be Different.
