Note: This is not--actually, I DO have something to say: Get a grip people; why do you keep reading a series for which you have so little respect? If it's so beneath you, read something else, don't keep reading something you consider beneath you just so you can tell us all how much better you are than its bestselling authors. I consider soap operas tedious, overwrought and poorly acted as well as written, but do I spend ten hours a week watching them just so I can go by soap opera sites and tell their fans how crappy they are? No, I find more enjoyable and edifying ways to spend my time.

Sorry if it seems like I'm singling you out, 'cos you're in vast company, this just happened to be the post that touched a raw nerve late at night. If you didn't intend a trite little slam, my apologies; perhaps that nerve is a little TOO raw.
