1. New Super Rand can't be harmed by the tower anymore. The pattern wont allow him to be captured or injured by them.
2. Assuming Eggy could overpower him and tries to beat him to show him who's boss then Aliva, Nyn, Caddy and whichever Ashaman Rand has with him will kick off. Probably with Perrins channelers forming circles too. This would lead to the destruction of nearly the whole of the light side as they battle each other. Not even Egwene is stupid enough to try and use force here.
3. Rand will most likely break the seals either before the talks start or right as they start. So that he can say, "right now that's done we can discuss what I wanted you all here to discuss". Basically his price of peace for him fighting the DO at SG.
4. I think those viewings have all been done now. The only other female who can channel who could harm Rand would be Cyndane. And there is still a fair chance of that.

PS Eggy's attitude needs sorting out mind. Wouldn't it be fun if one of the conditions of The Dragon's Peace is for Eggy (and by extension the tower) to kneel to the world's rulers to show the AS are the Servant of All and not the supreme power in the world.
