She's had training from Aes Sedai, Aiel, and the Seanchan. She's personally questioned one of the Forsaken (Moggy). She can pick and choose the nastiest weaves of all of them.

Elayne has learned from AS, Windfinders, the Kin, and a bit from Avi, and has also questioned Moggy. I'd like her to finish second, by a hair.

Avi is likely to be the most cold-blooded, but I think her knowledge of the OP is slightly behind the others. Though I'm sure she's learned a lot from her first sister, and they have learned from each other. She's never been close up with a Forsaken, nor had extended lessons from anyone other than Aiel (possibly the Kin).
