I'm not being facetious for once.


I couldn't disagree more. It's an okay cover of an okay moment in a book with LOTS of big moments. I'm completely with RugbyPlayingAshaman on this, there were several better, more emotional scenes. I agree that the hardcover images by DKS are absolutely horrible, but at least the hardcover depicted the most anticipated event in the series for the past 5 or 6 books.

Besides which, I just don't understand why they would have put Elyas on the cover of any of these books...because there's no way in this world or any other anyone will ever convince me that the man depicted on this cover is 21 to 22 years old and not well on the north side of 40.
