If Moiraine comes back, she'll likely be extremely influential. Egwene will almost definitely attempt to, as soon as possible, assert authority over her. And I can't see Moiraine giving way that easily. I wouldn't be surprised if she either
1) Aligns with the Salidar Aes Sedai, but only because she loathes Eladia. She'll aim to stay as autonomous as possible from Egwene, but will be able to bring other AS to the Salidar side by dint of her reputation.
2) Stay unaligned, and focus on the world not ending. If it comes down to it, I could easily see Moiraine picking Rand over the Tower. She wouldn't be happy about it, of course, but she's made it clear that her highest priority is Rand. (Note that I couldn't, in a thousand years, see Egwene choosing Rand over the Tower.)
