The most interesting theory I've heard is one my cousin proposed to me. Unfortunately, it requires another unestablished theory as a central principle (one which I don't actually think is true); that is, that Aviendha can Travel through time.
My cousin thinks that Nakomi is actually Aviendha, from a possible future (one of the Mirror worlds, perhaps) who came back to warn her about what could all go down, or at least set her on the path to going back into the ter'angreal to see the future. Her main emphasis there is that no one else SHOULD know where to find Aviendha exactly while she's wandering through the Waste to Rhuidean.
I don't particularly believe that theory, but I think it's a cool perspective on things if the Traveling through time deal is actually true.

The Queen of Andor in Avi's viewing was actually Elayne's granddaughter.

it's possible that the Dragon and his 3 wives simply leave together at a certain point

Can you honestly see Elayne leaving her children and/or the throne of Andor to be with him?

True it seems very unlikely, but perhaps they leave when the kids are grown?

It's clearly implied that the vision with Avi's kids is about 17 years after the Last Battle
