The only ter'angreal which allow the wearer to channel strongly in TAR is the original twisted ring but it's with Aviendha now. The others allow only very limited channelling.
Yet everyone in the TAR fights in ToM kept channelling powerfully enough to blast whole rooms with fireballs, shatter walls, etc. Only Egwene, Amys and Mesaana should've been able to do it.
