There are moral codes to live by... despite the fact that Egwene herself admitted that she thought she had figured out how to do it ... this is an cat she does consider evil.

Beyond that we've been told again and again that it's no simple feat to even find a specific dream ... there was a scene early on when Egwene was learning from the WO when they actually had a mini-celebration when she was able to find Amy's dreams. Finding Eliada's would likely prove the work of months or longer ... probably seeming like a futile effort even IF Egwene was willing to do as you suggest.


Yes, but you forget 'need' in TAR.

With need you can find whatever you need, and that would include finding Elaida's dreams.

Also, if she thought it was prudent I'm sure she could have figured out how to pull Elaida out of her dream, even though she had never been taught formally.
