You're saying that they are not different kinds of Dark Hounds but that they are different kinds of dark hounds becuase the DO imbued them with special powers?
No.
He was saying that those were normal dark hounds, but in that moment the DO was somehow actively controlling/buffing them, so they were temporarily more powerful/whatever.
