This information doesn't clear up whether she personally killed Asmodean or if she ordered someone else to do it.
In BS-wot, "responsible for" almost certainly means "did it herself". Sanderson just isn't that crafty, and the possibility of multiple meanings is probably accidental. In RJ wot, the wording was more carefully nuanced and you probably would have been right.
