How Many Books Would AMoL Have Been If Jordan Had Not Passed Away?

I finished Towers of Midnight several days ago, and haven't been able to move on to another book yet. I have to say that these books that Sanderson have written are better than they probably should be. I have read other books, that required other authors to finish them, only to find out that they absolutely sucked.
With that being said, while reading these last two books I couldn't help but notice that certain scenes, that have been developing for sometime, come to a very speedy conclusion. Now if "A Memory of Light" is the size of a comic book, I'll criticize BS for glossing over these events. But if it's the same size as the previous two then there's not much to complain about.
Regardless, I couldn't help but think that if Jordan had been the person at the helm, he would've spent more time on some of those scenes that Brandon sped through. Obviously, Jordan would have more leeway. There would definitely be a lot of upset fans if Team Jordan had announced yet another split.
Hypothetically speaking, I think that if Jordan had finished "A Memory of Light" the book would've been stretched to about 5 or 6 books instead of the current 3. What are your thoughts?
