IoH was the first "real title" he gave us, that I recall. I think long before it got a title the fans started referring to it as "shipwreck" in discussions, but I don't recall for sure if that started because RJ too has used that to label the project before he came up with his title, or the fans invented that to discuss because "it starts with a man, survivor in a shipwreck on the coast of a unknown Empire" was about all we knew of it back then.
