I think it is pretty clear from the text (ch 41, The Crown of Swords) that it is one thing that both Rand and the Asha'man needs to learn, i.e. it can't already be fulfilled.
In one of her viewings, Min tells Rand that Cadsuane has something to teach him and all the Ashaman. And it is not something either he or they will like. Has this viewing already come to pass? Did Cadsuane's efforts in bringing Tam to visit Rand fulfill this viewing as it caused Rand to learn "laughter & tears"? Or is there still some important lesson that the green siter has to teach? It is hard to imagine that she has anything left to teach Rand Sedai.
