On the other hand, it does seem pretty much incompatible with "he will bind the nine moons to serve him", one we know to be true, and which has yet to happen. Hmmm.
Actually, I think it's highly likely that they'll find a way to fulfull them both at the same time, something like "the Coramoor agreements" where they both gave special rights to the other.
