Some possibilities:

1) Rand agrees to kneel to Tuon in exchange for the Seanchan eliminating slavery including channelers.

2) Rand will kneel to everyone. Proving he is a servant of all, he will kneel to "all".

3) Rand will kneel in exchange for everyone of importance signing a peace treaty.

4) Combination of some or all of the above.


5) Tuon/Fortuona will get a DB on Rand, force him to kneel and then HE binds her to serve him.
