That's pretty pro-masculine if you ask me.



They don't seem misogynistic. Could it just be a strength-of-arms thing? Barring the Aiel (who are all super deadly tough-as-nails folk), and the women of Two Rivers in tSR for some weird reason, most non-channeling women in WoT aren't very soldier-like.

It could just be that we only see Whitecloak soldiers, and 99.9% of soldiers in this setting are men. The few women who do want to kill stuff with sharp objects have become hunters for the Horn, or Elayne's bodyguards, or knife experts.





Not purposefully misogynistic, but if you are part of an organization that believes channeling is evil and there is a group of women who can be highly respected for doing just that it would be easy to have a subconscious distrust. Just my thoughts.
