That's pretty pro-masculine if you ask me.


That is simply a function of their purposes and types. The Asha'man and Warrior societies have their female counterpart organizations. The Children are soldiers, which women are not in the wetlands. The Children & Aiel societies are gender-exclusive because of cultural attitudes, NOT any particular mindset of the group.

At least the Asha'man have no problem with women in their initiates' lives.
