Sleete is basically average Warder skill. As such, he's above Valda, Turak, Ituralde, and Riatin - the non-Warder-trained fighters. He's not equal in skill to Rand or Lan. He's probably about equal to the others.


Wrong. Sleete is certainly above average as he has beaten Lan before. AFAIK, Lan was never the best though; before Rand lost his hand, I think he would have beaten him. He would lose to Gawyn and probably Galad too.

Valda is better than you give him credit for. He lost because he didn't take Galad seriously enough, not because he didn't have the skill. He was beating Galad easily until he threw the match.
