I don't like it, so I don't think about it Deadsy Send a noteboard - 30/05/2011 07:56:40 AM
and since I have a one-track mind (Moiraine's return) the timing pissed me off as well. He finds out Lanfear's alive before he finds out Moiraine's alive. So her being alive will be less of a surprise. I was already annoyed enough that he fixed his own problem on Dragonmount and it had nothing to do with her . Now all that needs to happen to top off the destroying of their reunion is for Perrin to accidentally tell Rand that Mat and Thom are at the tower of ghenjei rescuing her.

Anyhoo, I just hope that was Rand's last thought of desiring her. It's completely backtracking to book 4 Rand. It's definitely not the only case of characters reverting to their book 4-6 selves in the past two books.

Yeah. It's a pity, because the Forsaken could have been incredibly interesting. - 30/05/2011 10:41:01 PM 802 Views

Personally, I think it was RJ's plan, and this is BuddhaRand's weakness - 31/05/2011 03:55:57 PM 929 Views
