I think the real conflict in Merrilor is going to be about Rand's enforced peace with the Seanchan, and what the original conflict between Rand and Egwene was supposed to be in the un-split aMoL. The set-up has been there forever. Egwene's visceral hatred and fear of the Seanchan would make her the most obvious challenger to this plan, and I think every female Channeler in Merlillor would support her stand, resulting in a new version of the "Fateful Concord".

I also think this will be the real conflict at Merrilor, but the Wise Ones will most likely side with Rand once they hear from Aviendha. They won't like it, but peace with the Seanchan is a lesser evil compared to being completely wiped out.

The Sea Folk, should they be present, could go either way. While Rand is their Coramoor, they have a strong hatred of the Seanchan. Their debt to Mat for freeing them in Ebou Dar could help make them more amenable to the idea of making peace with them, however.
