The Children of the Light. I cannot stand their PoV's. Their not very interesting, and the group annoys me in general.
Morgase. Doesn't do much, either, but her PoV's last for several pages.
Egwene (Shadow Rising). She seems to be extremely bothersome in the beginning of SR. Not sure why.
Min. Never could stand her. Not fond of her character.
Faile. Same as Min.
Perrin. I thought his PoV's were interesting, right up until book 4. After that they just bottom out and he spends all of his time moping around.
Elaida: Does anyone like her?
