Elayne has been pregnant for only about 5 months by he end of ToM, and the babies are supposed to be born strong and healthy. Given the way ToM ended, with Rand planning to go to Shayol Ghul the next day, Trollocs invading everywhere and the reality unravelling more and more due to the DO"s touch, I really doubt it would be 3 months until the Last Battle is over.
Plus it's the Wheel of Time, if the main characters died for doing something really stupid and risky, all of them would be dead 10 times over already. Jordan is incapable of killing any of them. And after the last incident Elayne decided that Min's viewing is not a perfect guarantee for her safety and she should be more careful.
