The coolest Forsaken moments... Were Ishamael saying, "I win again, Lews Therin." That's a badass line.

As for things they actually did.... Ishamael appearing in Rand's dreams in the first book was fairly cool, and Demandred has been cool with most of the segments where he appears.

Otherwise... I can't think of anything. None of the things in your list were things that I considered "cool" or even that impressive, except maybe for Lanfear almost bringing the series to a premature end by killing the protagonist. None of the others were impressive, since the Forsaken invariably lost, and pushing around Black Ajah or non-channelers is just far too easy.
