Okay, maybe not... the Prologue will probably suffice. =) And this acknowledging that I'll probably have read the Prologue in the week before the book arrives on my doorstep.
But seriously... I read fast, and I just won't be able to start with the 'new' stuff. I need to brush up the rest of the new material (certain POVs from the Prologue are epic enough to require re-visitation immediately before moving on in the story).
And that bit about KoD might not be so far-fetched either... but if so, I'll probably start reading it around the 20th-22nd.
