The Wise Ones said that they tracked the Forsaken in TAR and estimated that they were as skilled as them. I think it's a hint that the fight would be even, assuming the WO's are correct about their skills.
no way the Wise Ones are capable of beating Moggy, Lanfear, and Ishy in TAR at anything. Those three have easily proved to be the best users by far in TAR, minus Egwene who stands lower than Moggy, and maybe even Lanfear and Ishy.
