If for example you hit cuendillar with a force that force is absorbed and since it is not released it must now become a part of the cuendillar itself since the energy can not be destroyed.

The purpose of the "focal points" (the cuendillar discs) could have been to "absorb" the weaves of the sealing (without changing how this energy is organized into weaves), making them impossible to attack in any way the AOLers knew of. Thus, if the sealing succeeded, it would have been theorically impossible for anyone, human or DO, to destroy it. Or so they thought.

The DO's energy seems to corrupt everything it touches in Creation. Whether it's the taint on saidin which the seals likely absorbed during the backlash, or the DO touching the seals with the TP that eventually got absorbed little by little by the cuendillar discs, it sounds like the explanation why the discs are crumbling is that the DO's energy has managed over time to alter the structure of cuendillar. As of now, it's no longer cuendillar, whatever the matter has turned into (the discs no longer absorb energy, for one thing).

Simple answer to this is the conservation of energy. - 23/02/2012 07:09:19 PM 636 Views

Well, all that energy of the eternally burning sun has to go somewhere *NM* - 16/03/2012 11:21:36 PM 292 Views
I wonder what causes the sun to refuel though? *NM* - 17/03/2012 01:42:55 AM 280 Views
Theoretically the Sun will burn out - 17/03/2012 04:38:35 PM 642 Views
Not in WoT it won't. - 17/03/2012 05:18:24 PM 617 Views
All that means is time doesn't move forward in WOT meaning there is no change - 17/03/2012 07:36:45 PM 651 Views
