Just because the genetics exist does not mean the soul will carry the ability as well. And that also allows for double recessive carriers on both sides breeding multiple double recessives without the channel along with those who can. Basically all you get when you have 2 channelers having children is increased odds of the ability coming through.m certainly no guarantees.
