no way the Wise Ones are capable of beating Moggy, Lanfear, and Ishy in TAR at anything. Those three have easily proved to be the best users by far in TAR, minus Egwene who stands lower than Moggy, and maybe even Lanfear and Ishy.
Egwene was trapped by Moggy in TAR, and she came out of it without any great effort. Moggy herself was impressed. She's probably a match for her, or even stronger than her in TAR.
As for the Wise Ones, they have never lost any of their skills as there has been a continuous line of Wise Ones with the ability to Dreamwalk. Thus, they have near AoL-level training and the wisdom of 3000 years to go upon. It would hardly surprise me that they can easily match many of the Forsaken.
Just like the Aes Sedai have near AoL-level training in channeling.
It wouldn't surprise me if they could match some of the less skilled Forsaken, but some of the best from the AoL?
