Book 2
“The Man shall be liable for all physical assaults performed against him by the Woman, and evading such assaults shall constitute ‘bullying’. Constantly stating that she has no future with the Man, shall NOT construe a repudiation of the Woman’s claim on said Man. Any other woman who takes her at her word and does something nice for the Man may forfeit all further friendly contact from the Woman.”

The physical assault bit is presumably about the time Egwene jumped on Rand and sat on him, and channeled fire incompetently to coerce him, and ended up blaming Rand anyway because he didn't let it happen.

The woman who did something nice for Rand is probably Min, who got in bed with Rand while he was unconscious and freezing (and dying) and Egwene hasn't spoken to her since, I think...

Book 6
“Where DO you get your information from? A man shall be free to engage in as much sexual dalliance as he wishes, no matter how immoral by his native cultural standards, as long as the women in question are consenting! Unless some other woman at some other time who is now thousands of miles away focusing on a career that is legally inimical to her relationship with the man. In that case, the man shall be faithful to her, or her friends will know the reason why.”

The second part is about Gawyn. The first part, I'm not sure, but I think is about Rand.
The first part is about Egwene's thoughts after meeting with Mat in Salidar, where all of a sudden, when Nynaeve is scoffing at Mat's skirt-chasing, Egwene is suddenly tolerant, thinking that although she could not approve, he did only chase skanks, so it was all good. Last book, being with a woman who "wanted to be chased" earned sniffs of disgust (the PoV of leaving Rhuidean), this book, when Nynaeve condemns it, suddenly Nynaeve is being too harsh, and Mat is just fine.
