The Dragon Reborn won't be the one breaking the Seals, the Watcher of the Seals will.


It is indeed possible Rand ends up secretely giving Egwene one or all three remaining seals after they agree that when he asks again, she will agree to break them this time. The Shadow knows about two of his watchers who hid them... where Rand doesn't know it appears, that was the point (the third seal was hidden by Rand, we have no idea where).

And yeah, I agree it might indeed be part of Egwene's role in the endgame to break the last seal(s) at the right time.
