Peter on Tor's website for chapter 1 in the responses said the books coming out January 8. If that's the case and they're sticking with that, why indeed would they be releasing this stuff so early. The prologue makes sense but chapter 1 doesn't. I didn't expect this until October...

If the books not coming out until January what are they going to do with November and December? It seems stupid and cruel to give us chapter 2 sometime next month then sit around for 2 months.
